 Voters should check background of Repace, other N. Canton candidates
|

I found it frightening that James Repace is running for North Canton City Council, on the hopeful coattails of Mayor Tom Rice (“Three candidates ‘married at the hip,’ ” July 28).
It is my opinion the city of North Canton would do well by avoiding this person like the plague.
Also, it is my opinion he has done nothing and continues to do nothing for the good of the union local, unless dividing the membership is considered good.
In his own words: “I’m sure we’ll disagree on things, but we can openly discuss the issue and come to a conclusion that is best for the city of North Canton.”
I hope the people of North Canton look into this candidate’s as well as the others’ history before Election Day, so there won’t be any surprises after the fact.
