Backup DVD User's Guide1. Introduction The Backup DVD is a powerful and helpful utility that makes easy process to perform your conversion. It is a powerful tool to backup DVD movies to SVCD/VCD. You can backup DVD movie to SVCD/VCD with just one click. It allows to convert DVD to VCD or SCVD in one step. It produces good quality movies in MPEG1/2 format and you don't need to have 5GB or more free on your hard disk. Backup DVD is a simple and intuitive program. 2. Requirements
3. How to convert a DVD to VCD compliant files STEP1: Select Open IFO Select one IFO file using browse. There is no rule to know in which file the movie information are. STEP2: Select Output File Select Output file using browse.

Video Codec: You can select the video codec by clicking on the Video Codec boutton. Lots of video codec works with BackupDVD. If you change the output resolution you have to reselect the codec. Resolution: You can change the Width and Height of the output screen using this.
